Proper Chai

I'm listening to Boléro and enjoying my tea, this is what I did:

1) Bring half a glass (or mug) of water to a low boil, then turn heat down to a minimum.
2) Add 1-2 spoonfuls of sugar, and a few thin slices of fresh ginger.
3) Add half a glass (or mug) of milk to the mixture, and stir briefly.
4) Add tea... easiest way is to dunk 1-2 teabags (depending on the strength you desire), wait a about a minute, or longer, once again depending on the strength you desire.. and voila you are finished. If you do this with loose tea, be prepared to strain before pouring into glass.

PS I did this with English Afternoon tea today.. tastes amazing!

I never knew Chai had ginger in it. I just knew it was a milky tea and had a sense of nutmeg. But maybe in Barcelona, they're Chai may have ginger in it.

I should start drinking Chai tea again. I used to love it. And I'm sure it does taste good.
